Militant group wants identity of
70 witnesses on Mayuga report disclosed
Staunch critics of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Saturday urged Armed Forces Chief of Staff Generoso Senga and Navy Chief Vice Admiral and former AFP inspector general Mateo Mayuga to disclose to the public the identities of the 70 resource persons allegedly interviewed by military probers in connection with the Hello Garci scandal.
The militant group Pamalakaya made the proposal after the much-awaited military fact-finding report on the Hello Garci tapes came out last week absolving three military generals accused of conspiring to rig the May 2004 elections in favor of President Arroyo.
